Our new 5-resident boutique family home focuses on memory care management for those with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other memory care needs. We work with the “Chronologically Gifted” and their families to enhance quality of life, encourage independence, dignity, compassion, and a sense of purpose.

With Family Connect Memory Care, we are invested in ensuring that our residents are happy with their new home. We offer a small, comfortable place that will be sure to encourage a safe feeling of familiarity, with safety and the feeling of independence at the forefront. We have counseled dozens of families and have it figured out by providing caregivers that are certified in Memory Care, 24/7 licensed nurse on site, custom menus, customized stimulation and exercise plans, and a cheerful setting to motivate your loved one to thrive! “Welcome home.”

A living wall with succulents, bar-b-que and sitting area with canopy, garden, and green grass and plants that welcome birds, butterflies, and hummingbirds!

Daily exercise routines are led by a certified personal trainer that is specialized in Senior Exercise and who adapts to individual residents’ abilities.
