About Us
Welcome to Family Connect Care, where our mission is to help individuals and the families of those facing memory loss, dementia, or Alzheimer’s.
As family members, it is difficult to witness changes in our elderly loved one. What do we do? Could we be overreacting? Underreacting? Stressed, concerned, and confused? Possibly. A whole new world of questions and tasks opens up as we try to balance our loved one’s wishes of independence, the family’s ability as caregivers, appointments, finances, safety, and the desire to help them feel happy, dignified, and stimulated.
This is normal. Not only can the present conditions be overwhelming, but this may also be worsened as we don’t know what the future will bring and how to prepare for it.
Family Connect Care has been helping families face all these concerns since 2008. Our staff will help you assess the situation. We will help you review current living conditions, the interactions with the medical team, evaluation of care needs, and include opportunities for stimulation to help your loved one thrive, whether it is at home with care tools, or with residential placement.
Our care providers have the training and education to offer you and your loved one the proper means to thrive in this new stage of life. We work with the “Chronologically Gifted” and their families to enhance quality of life, encourage independence, and assure a safe and supportive living environment that offers peace of mind.

How We Communicate
You will be provided with honest, direct responses to all inquiries. We offer and encourage openness and transparency so we can work hand-in-hand with our clients as a team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Our Philosophy
At Family Connect Memory Care, we know that the safety and comfort of your loved ones are your top priorities. That’s why you give everything you have to make sure they are taken care of—your time, your energy, and most of all, your love—but sometimes, love is not enough. Sometimes you have to call in the experts.
That’s why Family Connect Care is here: to provide a loving, supportive environment with trained professionals you can trust to treat your family like our family. If you have a loved one suffering from dementia or memory impairment, our caregivers and advocates are prepared to help.
Contact us today, and let us work together to give your loved one the care they deserve.
