Established in 2018

Open and full of light, with a personal touch for all Amenities and Care in an exquisite setting!

Our new 5-resident boutique family home focuses on memory care management for those with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and other memory care needs. We work with the “Chronologically Gifted” and their families to enhance quality of life, encourage independence, dignity, compassion, and a sense of purpose.

Why Choose Us

With a decade offering Care Management services, it is no surprise that our boutique homes in Torrance were designed with meticulous care to offer our residents the best and most comfortable of care; and one licensed care associate for every 2 residents!

With Family Connect Memory Care, we are invested in ensuring that our residents are happy with their new home. We offer a small, comfortable place that will be sure to encourage a safe feeling of  familiarity, with safety and the feeling of independence at the forefront. We have counseled dozens of families and have it figured out by providing caregivers that are certified in Memory Care, 24/7 licensed nurse on site, custom menus, customized stimulation and exercise plans, and a cheerful setting to motivate your loved one to thrive!  “Welcome home.”
