South Bay Memory Care, Inc. is dedicated to the fight against age or trauma-related cognitive decline and challenging behavioral disorders, such as combativeness. Our interdisciplinary team of health care professionals works with patients and their families at our care center or in-home setting to guide treatment and improve quality of life for all involved.
There are many different causes of memory loss, and an accurate diagnosis and assessment is essential to getting the best treatment and support. South Bay Memory Care, Inc. works in collaboration with our physicians and an interdisciplinary team of health care professionals to provide families with needed, personalized care. Experts from the fields of neurology, neuropsychology, psychiatry, nursing, pharmacy, nutrition, and genetic counseling collaborate closely with our behavioral specialists to provide professional guidance and care – both cutting edge and compassionate.
